The most essential foundational premise of the enterprise is the application of Art, Science and Technology to the improvement of its products.
Máximo P. Coll (Max) and Eduardo N. Esteban (Ed), the founders of our company:
Max, more than 30 years of history as a Master Craftsman in cutlery design.
He is also an expert in eco-friendly processing of bovine leather, has won international awards and he generously passed on his knowledge to numerous disciples.
Ed is a veterinary virologist, highly interested in food hygiene. He has added his 40-year experience in this field to the company's designs.
He has also deepened the analytical studies and chemical knowledge of our products.
Máximo Coll Jr. (Mano) Jerónimo Coll (Jero) Ramón Argota (Ray)
Mano is our young man responsible for sending every order received and keeping our stock updated together with Ray.
Jero is a top artisan and
consultant of our
company.
Ray works with our stock
and maintains strict order
so that nothing is ever
